      With the refinement of industrial electronics, stamping parts of the industry requirements are increasingly high, which includes the shape of stamping parts.       Stamping Parts in progressive die, through the method of stamping parts around the remainder to form the shape of the stamping. The main reason of material turnover and distortion of stamping parts is the impact of blanking force. When punching, due to the existence of blanking clearance, the material is stretched on one side of the die (material warps up) and compressed on the side of the punch. With the increase of the pressure on the unloading plate, the material near the punch side is stretched (the compression force tends to decrease) , and the material on the concave die surface is compressed (the tensile force tends to decrease) .
